Different materials, textures, and patterns give this interior project a sophisticated home feeling.

The designer created an unprecedented journey of refined elegance. Smooth marble floors like sand beneath one’s feet, soft curves and scale-like patterns reminds one of the oceans, and through the 60-foot-high lobby windows, one can feel the salty breeze. An interior project for the ages!

All the residences are equipped with top technological appliances, walk-in closets, and laundry rooms. The building also comprises a private club level on the 33rd floor with private dining room and kitchen and eight individual guest suites, a library, a bar for sunset cocktails, lounge area and terrace. A unique space with walnut wood walls, custom furnishings, and contemporary artwork, which was also part of Michele Bönan interior project.
