    Museum of Arts and Design (MAD)

    Located on Columbus Circle (Manhattan), the Museum of Arts and Design offers new ways of experiencing and telling stories about craft, design and art.     Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum

    Who hasn’t heard of the Guggenheim? The legendary museum is the permanent home of a continuously expanding collection of Impressionist, Post-Impressionist, early Modern, and Contemporary art. Besides having these resident exhibitions, the Guggenheim also features special showings throughout the year. Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the building itself is a landmark of 20th-century architecture. Whether you are an art enthusiast or not, this museum is a must see in New York City!

    Center for Architecture

    Located in Greenwich Village and designed by Andrew Berman, the Center for Architecture is an amazing space which houses frequent design exhibitions. The Center for Architecture is also the home of the American Institute of Architects New York. If architecture makes you tingle, then this space is perfect for you!

    The Metropolitan Museum of Art (The MET)

    This one is also legendary isn’t it it? The MET is more than a museum and its statement is strong. It not only holds exhibitions, but it also encourages the development of the fine arts, in both knowledge and application.     In the heart of SoHo this space is truly unbelievable. It hosts an enormous variety of events such as talks, conferences and film screenings, as well as art, design and architecture exhibitions. Something all of them have in common is the desire to show the world what is being done in these fields and how the industries are evolving. Another super fun fact: designed by Steven Holl and artist Vito Acconci, the building features moveable and adjustable panels that open the gallery in different ways. The Storefront for Art and Architecture is most definitely worth a vist!
